Who receives this pricing?
The 5% + $0.50 rate applies to Sellers approved for Ruba early access, unless the Seller Account or a written pricing agreement states otherwise. Applying or receiving an invitation does not guarantee approval or availability in a particular country.
Are subscriptions more expensive?
Subscription transactions add 0.5% for recurring plans, renewals, retries, usage-based billing, cancellation handling, and subscription records.
When can additional fees apply?
International cards, currency conversion, payouts, refunds, disputes, and certain payment methods can carry an additional fee. Fixed amounts are listed above. Any variable amount is shown in your Seller Account, during onboarding, or in written pricing that applies to you.
Are there setup fees, monthly fees, or minimum commitments?
There is no early-access setup fee, monthly platform fee, or minimum sales commitment. Additional event-based fees apply only when the relevant event occurs.
How are transaction taxes priced?
Supported tax calculation and administration are included. Coverage depends on the Product, transaction, and jurisdiction, and availability is confirmed during onboarding.
How do refunds and disputes affect pricing?
Full and partial refunds are supported, but the original transaction fee is not returned. A dispute fee may apply when a payment is disputed. The applicable amount is shown in the fee schedule or your Seller Account.
Where are payouts available?
Payout availability, timing, and pricing depend on the Seller, country, currency, verification, risk review, and payout method. The applicable options are confirmed during onboarding.
